DSCF0146 解体してからレシピを見たのだが
動画で調理方法を後から見たら、やはりさばく前に見てからやるべきだったと、今回もまた反省。おじさんなんて、前にはそれほど旨いなんて思っていなかったのだが、炙り刺しにして食べたら、これはびっくりだった。
